The Hard Working Class Heroes music festival takes place throughout Templebar in Dublin from October 16th-18th. With over 99 Irish bands, and a ticket-price of about €40, its certainly going to be a great weekend! Personally, I can’t friggin’ wait!
I’ve got a printable time-table made out for your convenience here;
HWCH is much more than just the music. There’ll be photography by some great folks, including Ruth and Loreana, and plenty of industry workshops during the day ranging from the power of the internet to get music heard, to discussion on touring your music act by some of the biggest names in the Irish music industry
This year sees the launch of a new performance element for bands at HWCH; HWCH And The City. This will see acts from the festival taking to the streets during the day for special acoustic performances in secret venues, record stores, book shops…..
It looks like the only way to catch these special performances is to stumble upon the secret location after finding your pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, or follow HWCH on Twitter
Where To Stay?
There’s a list of hostels here! Still not sure where to stay, myself…
Now, to find a place to crash for the weekend….
Who are you looking forward to seeing?
